More About Stacey

Hi, I’m Stacey. I’m a certified educator who spent 20 years in Philadelphia high school & university classrooms and communities. One of the gifts that this work allowed me to hone was my ability to attune to the emotional, social, & intellectual needs of others. The values I led with as a teacher—human connection, authentic inquiry, and compassionate flexibility—are the values I now bring into Hearthwise Healing.

This is a project forged in deeply personal fires, and its offerings are born from the lessons I’ve learned as a woman and mother living with neurodivergence & chronic illness and healing from intense clinical burnout.

What had been for me a casual interest in frameworks like astrology, tarot, and the Enneagram became electric tools of inner knowing. A deep study of these and other healing modalities like Reiki and somatics have led me here—to the sacred work of providing safe & steady guidance and pathways to self-knowledge to others.

These neural connections are what form our thoughts and behavior patterns. Everything you say to or think about yourself deepens the neural grooves in your brain. It takes effort to push back against the evolutionary impulse to focus on the negative (it keeps us safe!), but giving airtime to positive experiences and different kinds of self-talk create new, more functional neural pathways.
